Chuturo meat is on both the belly and back and has moderate fat. Compared to Akami, the body is a little whitish and has a high-fat content. It doesn’t have many lines in the meat and both the mellow feeling on the tongue and the subtle acidity are irresistible. Chutoro exists between Akami and Otoro and shares the positive features of both of them.
